I called this morning (well, 8 AM on the West Coast, 11AM in PA) for a last minute birthday bouquet for my sister. She works at a local high school and Valerie (whom I spoke with on the phone) was so helpful/accommodating, she even knew what time school let out and told me should could deliver before then!
